Our client, a performance marketing agency focused on mission-driven organizations, seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams in an entirely remote environment focused on US marketing.

The role suits a professional with at least two years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing or agency setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to update leadership clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns using PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Track progress with reports and flag at-risk tasks to stakeholders.
• Improve processes and implement best practices for creative operations.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and provide regular status updates.
