Job summary

Mate&Work is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote, contractor role operating from LATAM. You will own end-to-end project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to improve creative operations. The role requires 2+ years of agency experience and strong PM tool proficiency.

You’ll manage timelines, track progress, and report status to stakeholders while ensuring delivery quality and on-time launches across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, marketing)
• Manage workload and resources to meet deadlines and objectives
• Track progress with reports and flag risks early
• Optimize processes and implement best practices in creative operations
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates with stakeholders
