Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote position with a US marketing agency. You will oversee creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and deadlines across cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least two years of creative project management experience in marketing or an agency setting, with strong PM tool proficiency. Remote work may span LATAM time zones and requires clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Proficiency with PM tools (Asana or equivalents) for scheduling and tracking.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources align with project objectives.
Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify risks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
Optimize Processes: Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement best practices.
Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates.
