AgileEngine in Buenos Aires is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. This role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership.

You will mentor developers, design domain-driven architectures, and architect RESTful APIs while championing best practices. The position offers flex-time with remote and office options, and opportunities to work on Fortune 500 and top product projects.

Formación

• Experience leading a squad or tech team with measurable impact.
• Expert Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns and architectural awareness.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• Extensive RESTful API design and consumption experience.
• Relational DB experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with strong engineering practices.

Responsabilidades
