You will drive technical direction, mentor junior developers, and ensure high engineering standards while delivering scalable RESTful services and domain-driven designs. Strong leadership, backend focus, and upper-intermediate English are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with at least 6 years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka expertise.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Deep domain understanding with bounded contexts (DDD).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and standard protocols.
• Relational DBs such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, with JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver with high standards.
• Core Development: Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: Build and maintain the Angular frontend and integrate with backend logic.
• Modernizing Architecture: Lead domain-driven design transitions and bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
