Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an Influencer and Events Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns and build scalable processes. You will set up essential tools, audit current workflows, and architect a database capable of handling 100,000 profiles while configuring AI tools to automate candidate sourcing and verification.

You will spend 80% of your time executing tasks, launching outreach, and tracking data, working closely with the founder to hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience setting up AI workflows (Claude) and sourcing agents.
• Experience managing databases with large datasets (>30,000 rows).
• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• Availability to start on or before November 1.

Responsibilities

• Complete tool setup on day one.
• Align with the founder on key targets.
• Audit current spreadsheet bottlenecks.
• Build a database architecture scalable to 100,000 profiles.
• Configure AI tools to automate sourcing and verification.
• Draft a repeatable event-in-a-box playbook.
• Launch micro-batch outreach tests to validate the pipeline.
• Execute campaigns, run campaigns, and track data.
