Job summary

Influship is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the execution and performance of influencer campaigns across client accounts. You’ll run smaller accounts independently or partner on larger programs, combining strategy, creator selection, content approvals, and optimization.

This hands-on role requires managing campaigns end-to-end, negotiating with creators, and maintaining Airtable records, with a fully remote setup and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer and content strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Own full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch and results analysis.
• Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria.
• Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
