Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Account Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns for US clients from a 100% remote LATAM-based team. You will manage 20-30+ paid influencer partnerships, oversee budgets over $200k, and drive measurable results with English communication at the core.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, platform proficiency (CreatorIQ, Upfluence), and a track record with enterprise brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing with hands-on experience
• Experience with US-based agencies or US clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience managing large-scale paid influencer campaigns
• Campaign budgets of at least $200,000 USD
• 20-30+ campaigns simultaneously
• Strong English communication for client conversations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from sourcing to wrap-up
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution
• Oversee budgets, creator negotiations, and performance reporting
• Protect client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
