You will lead a group of ~4-6 Influencer Marketing Managers and collaborate with the Head of Influencer Marketing to scale the function with strong team performance.

This hands-on leadership role blends client work with people management, process building, and operational ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing with a proven track record.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving performance.
• Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage ~4-6 Influencer Marketing Managers; coach, review performance, and build growth roadmaps.
• Build and maintain processes, playbooks, and dashboards for campaign and team performance.
• Define influencer strategies and content directions aligned with client objectives; surface trends.
