Formulated Automation is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to convert inbound leads into recurring customers. The role emphasizes quick response to new inquiries, effective follow-up, and reactivation of past customers in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a natural conversational style, and experience in inbound sales or related customer-facing roles. Remote work with international eligibility is supported.

Competenze

• Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or similar roles.
• Native or C1-level English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Ability to follow a structured sales framework while staying natural and not pushy.

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from PPC campaigns and other channels with a fast response.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have received quotes but not booked.
• Reactivate past customers through outbound follow-up and data hygiene.
