Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI Training, working remotely on an hourly contract. You will analyze IAM/SO and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and escalation paths, and help train AI systems to reason about identity security.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IAM/SSO, strong RBAC knowledge, and the ability to clearly explain complex access concepts in writing. Flexible hours (10–40 per week) and independent work style are a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or identity platform experience.
• Strong familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege models.
• Ability to explain complex access control concepts in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses.
• Classify permission issues and privilege escalation paths.
• Evaluate zero-trust models and least-privilege implementations.
• Generate realistic identity security scenarios for AI training.
• Provide structured feedback to help AI reason about IAM risk.
