Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mendoza for a fully remote, hourly contract role to help train AI systems to think like developers. You will write code, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback.

You'll work independently, set your own schedule, and contribute across languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript). This role blends hands-on coding with critical analysis in a fast-moving AI environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge‑case scenarios to stress‑test AI capabilities
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
