Alignerr is seeking a Cloud Security Analyst to support AI training initiatives, focusing on identifying misconfigurations, risk, and blast radius in production cloud environments.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to shape how AI reason about cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Join Alignerr to work with top AI researchers and contribute to datasets that improve security reasoning.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production.
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across one or more major cloud platforms.
• Familiar with real-world misconfigurations, security incidents, and how they evolve.
• Able to clearly articulate blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact.
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks, misconfigurations, and failure patterns.
• Review and evaluate IAM policies, network configurations, storage permissions, and container security setups.
• Classify security gaps and vulnerabilities based on real-world impact and blast radius.
• Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning to ensure it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold.
• Help build datasets and evaluations that make AI smarter about cloud infrastructure security.
