Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote, hourly contract role based in La Plata to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI outputs, explaining decisions and refining prompts with rigorous feedback.

You should be proficient in multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript) and have a solid grasp of data structures and software design. The role is flexible, with 10–40 hours per week and independent scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed, with strong problem solving.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions clearly.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
