Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to help improve AI systems through labeling, rating, and evaluating outputs across text, image, and audio formats. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours and an asynchronous workflow.

You will follow clear guidelines to maintain high accuracy, work independently on a schedule that fits you, and potentially continue with additional projects as Alignerr expands its AI training programs.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and reliable, able to follow guidelines precisely.
• Strong written English communication.
• Ability to work asynchronously with clear expectations.
• Comfortable navigating web-based labeling platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and relevance.
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics for consistency.
