Alignerr is seeking offensive security professionals to analyze real-world attack paths and adversary behavior. You will help build and evaluate AI systems that understand modern threats by mapping attack decisions and validating defensive gaps in production-like environments.

The role offers fully remote, flexible scheduling and task-based freelance work with potential for continued engagements on new projects.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on pentesting, red teaming, or blue-team with offensive focus.
• Deep understanding of real-world attack progressions in production environments.
• Ability to map attacker decision-making across multi-stage intrusions.
• Strong written communication to explain attack paths clearly.
• Methodical, detail-oriented analytical approach.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies in realistic environments.
• Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps in modeled systems.
• Review red-team-style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy.
• Generate and validate adversarial reasoning data for AI training/benchmarking.
• Articulate attack chains, impact, and risk tradeoffs in structured formats.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
