Braintrust is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Argentina to manage and optimize HR technology, primarily Workday. You will bridge HR, IT, and business teams, lead system upgrades, implement new features, and ensure data integrity across the organization.

The role focuses on Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules, building advanced analytics, reports, and automation to drive efficiency while maintaining compliance and scalable processes.

Formación

• ;Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, CS or related field; or equivalent experience.
• ;Minimum of five (5) years supporting Workday HCM.
• ;Workday Certification is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, configure, and provide support for HR technology with Workday as the primary platform.
• Lead implementation projects and deployments within Workday methodology.
• Develop advanced analytics, complex reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, audits, security configurations, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Support system upgrades, testing strategies, and optimization initiatives.
• Explore and deploy Workday AI/ML capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
