Qualifications

• 3+ years HR administration, HR coordinator or HR assistant experience or related education.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS (ADP, Gusto, Paylocity or similar).
• Ability to understand SOPs and create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage applicant tracking.
• Run reference checks, start background checks, verify licenses/credentials.
• Coordinate onboarding: offer letters, I-9s, HRIS setup, onboarding checklists.
• Process offboarding and keep HRIS updated.
• Draft job descriptions, letters, policies using AI templates.
• Write SOPs and process guides for client HR workflows.
• Maintain accurate HR records across client systems and payroll platforms.
• Run PTO and file audits, headcount and roster reconciliations.
