Responsibilities

• Support recruiters in reviewing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies or falsifications.
• Review background check results to identify discrepancies or falsifications.
• Provide verification results to recruiters and adjudicate background check records.
• Confer with recruiters and leadership to determine adjudication status for discrepant findings.
• Liaise with HRBPs and Legal on escalated matters beyond standard adjudication.
• Train new talent acquisition team members on credentialing processes and systems.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
