Job summary

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Talent Enablement Center - Compliance Specialist to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll and compliance. You will contribute to HR transactions, serve as the main contact for HR inquiries, and help move work forward in a fast-paced environment.

We expect a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of HR experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• English oral and written proficiency required.
• Familiarity with HR policies and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR compliance tasks across employee lifecycle.
• Review employee data and process records for accuracy.
• Respond to HR service requests and route inquiries.
• Monitor onboarding, offboarding, leave, and termination activities.
• Maintain confidential employee information in HR systems.
• Analyze recurring service issues and propose improvements in HR operations.
• Prepare reports and document case activity for compliance reviews.
