Job summary

Whizz Inc. is hiring a Head of Inventory Management for a fully remote role. You will own the end-to-end inventory flow across Jersey warehouse and city shops, working directly with the CEO and operations director to stabilize stock, implement counts, and improve purchasing controls.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory, ERP/WMS experience, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. English and Russian are used across teams; overlap with New York hours is required. Bonus program available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP or a WMS and ability to critique it.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; data-driven.
• Experience writing processes and driving adoption by teams.
• Use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• English and Russian language skills.
• Overlaps of at least 4 hours with New York time.

Responsibilities

• Align stock records with reality at Jersey warehouse and city shops; set up regular counts.
• Set min/max levels for parts and plan purchasing accordingly.
• Document warehouse processes and enforce adherence.
• Launch the used parts program and ensure its execution.
• Lead the inventory team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure ERP warehouse features work.
