Job summary

Remote Genie is seeking an Amazon Operations Manager to oversee Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for multiple clients, focusing on inventory, promotions, launches, and reporting. You’ll work remotely across multiple marketplaces, analyze data, and implement practical solutions to optimize client performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Amazon platforms, strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central platforms.
• Understanding of inventory management, promotions, and content uploads on Amazon.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to identify replenishment priorities.
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across multiple marketplaces.
• Set up, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
• Analyze inventory levels and historical sales to identify replenishment needs and overstock risk.
• Coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses and support product launches.
• Upload and update product content and monitor listings for performance.
• Create reports on sales, inventory, and key metrics for clients.
• Identify growth opportunities across product lines and prioritize actions.
• Investigate issues with Amazon Support and implement solutions.
• Communicate findings and next steps clearly to clients and internal teams.
