Job summary

Whizz is hiring a Sales Representative (Spanish) to join our Remote Sales & Support team. You will handle a high volume of calls, provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, and arrange appointments and deliveries.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish natively, has English at C1–C2, 1+ year sales experience, a fast internet connection, PC and headset, and can work US New York time (9:00–18:00 or 14:00–23:00).

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level).
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
• High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time).
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients
