Overseas is looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through an outsourced 3PL and co-manufacturing partner. You will set daily priorities, hold partners to commitments, resolve operational issues end to end, and provide accurate reporting to the Operations Director.

This is a hands-on ownership role. You are the main day-to-day point of accountability for US operations, covering a 3PL relationship, a co-manufacturer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production.
• Experience managing US operations with US 3PLs and co-manufacturers.
• 2–3 years at manager level owning outsourced 3PL relationships.
• Evidence of independent ownership and KPI accountability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day 3PL and co-manufacturer management.
• Align production and fulfilment priorities and meet deadlines.
• Report dispatches, stock status, and risks with forecasts variances.
• Escalate capacity gaps and recoveries when commitments slip.
• Maintain Cin7, Shopify, and Faire records with accuracy.
• Coordinate multi-channel fulfilment including US retail and Amazon.
