Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, presenting results, plans, and the reasoning behind decisions.

The role emphasizes a holistic funnel approach, from feed and Merchant Center to landing pages and tracking, optimizing for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. Remote work is offered worldwide, with client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client contact.
• Audit campaigns and ad group structure: keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding per type.
• Understand how to measure attribution and defend your choice (NC-CPA, NC-ROAS).
• Communicate clearly with clients; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Handle brand and non-brand as separate businesses and track them independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audits campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, and bidding strategies.
• Own feed, Merchant Center, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and landing pages.
• Own tracking in GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and conversions.
• Provide Loom walkthroughs to explain findings and defend decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to build pages, scripts, and reports as needed.
