Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts remotely, managing DTC and eCommerce campaigns with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. You will directly communicate with clients, audit, optimize, and drive growth across the funnel.

You will also handle feed, landing pages, conversion tracking, and attribution strategies, working with tools like GA4, GTM, and Claude AI to build scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with PMax and brand/non-brand differentiation.
• Ability to own client relationships without an intermediary.
• Strong English communication and client-facing mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, terms, bidding, and conversion tracking before touching accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed hygiene, landing pages, and tracking integration (GA4, GTM).
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
