Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end DTC accounts. You will act as the client contact, present results, and defend decisions with a focus on incremental growth.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages to maximize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, working with a global roster of brands. You will own the entire funnel, from Merchant Center to landing pages, and you will build or deploy assets to lift performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Experience auditing campaigns, feeds, and tracking end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, and landing pages before touching accounts.
• Run Brand and Non-brand as separate business units and report separately.
• Manage Feed health, Shopping and PMax delivery, and creative assets.
• Own tracking setup: GA4, GTM, and conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and drive growth.
• Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
