Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own the client relationship, manage Google accounts end-to-end, and defend growth decisions in calls with clients.

You’ll drive attribution strategy, own the funnel from feed to conversions, and build supporting assets. You will work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, manage large paid media budgets, and be evaluated on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not last-click.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money, across DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube budgets.
• Strong ability to defend attribution and growth decisions in client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bids, feed health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate units and report them distinctly.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and PMax delivery implications.
• Build or adapt landing pages and scripts to support growth and testing.
