Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, interfacing directly with clients, defending your decisions, and driving growth through analytics-driven strategies.

You will audit, optimize, and own the entire funnel from feed to landing pages, including PMax and Shopping, with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS style optimization.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Ability to defend decisions and communicate with clients directly.
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution concepts is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Manage both brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units and optimize accordingly.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Be able to work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
