Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts end-to-end. You will directly communicate with clients, present results, and defend decision-making.

This role requires strong expertise across Google Ads, GA4/GTM, and Shopify, with a focus on measurable growth. You will lead audits, separate brand vs non-brand strategies, and optimize through PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in the whole stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube.
• AI-native and able to build landing pages with AI tools.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work.
• Skeptical of numbers; prefer holdouts over dashboards.
• Willing to work US Eastern hours for client calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship; present results, plan, and reasoning.
• Audit overviews before touching accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking; Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded performance.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene; track impact on Shopping and PMax.
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify) and reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and reporting tools as needed.
