Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, from audit through reporting. You will manage DTC and ecommerce campaigns, with emphasis on Shopping, PMax, and attribution, while directly communicating with clients.

You will influence growth strategy, own the funnel, and ensure incremental performance. The role requires strong English communication and comfort with US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and able to present plans and outcomes to clients.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax and attribution modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including client communication and reporting.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and optimize for incremental lift.
• Oversee feed health, product titles, and Shopping delivery; manage landing pages and tracking.
