Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC brands. You will talk directly with clients, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

You will audit accounts, optimize brand vs non-brand, manage feeds and tracking, and build landing pages. Fluent in English, you should be comfortable with US Eastern hours and capable of proving growth with transparent metrics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce).
• Fluent in English; able to present to clients.
• Experience with brand and performance campaigns across channels.
• Able to work US Eastern hours; remote worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, and tracking; present Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate branded vs incremental.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and product data.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions; reconciling numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
