Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, owning plans, updates, and results with a strong attribution mindset.

You’ll manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, work remotely, and communicate in English with US Eastern hours. You will build and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and more while testing new frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns with meaningful spend.
• Ability to prove growth with attribution and NC-CPA metrics.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Own the client relationship; present results and plans directly.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate lines of business.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and measure its impact.
• Manage feed, merchant center, and shopping campaigns.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto features.
• Own tracking with GA4, GTM, and conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement landing pages and scripts as needed.
