Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for our 50 DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions with multi-million monthly ad spends.

We value strong attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets, and hands-on build-out of landing pages and scripts. You’ll operate with US Eastern hours, but you can live anywhere. Autonomy and real influence are yours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping and YouTube campaigns.
• Ability to articulate attribution and budgeting.
• Proven client-facing communication and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end as the primary contact.
• Audit campaigns and provide Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Optimize attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets.
• Build or adapt landing pages and tracking scripts as needed.
