Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own client relationships, manage a diverse set of DTC accounts, and drive growth through end-to-end account ownership—from feeds and tracking to landing pages and creative optimization.

You will audit campaigns, optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and defend your decisions to clients. Remote work worldwide with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend and measurable results (CPA/ROAS).
• Ability to own client relationships and present results, plans, and rationale.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand/non-brand performance.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to build and ship landing pages and assets.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking and feeds.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate pipelines with clear reporting.
• Explain attribution and defend optimization decisions to clients.
• Maintain ownership of feeds, tracking, and landing pages.
