Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts remotely, from audit to execution. You will be the client’s direct contact, defend decisions, and drive non-brand vs brand strategies with a strong focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages, building or enhancing assets, and collaborating across analytics, Shopify, and AI-powered workflows. Remote role with US Eastern availability.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and measurable CPA/ROAS.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly to clients.
• Audit over accounts before touching anything and defend your findings.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC Google accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts comprehensively before any changes and walk clients through findings.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and own the feed/tracking.
