Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a portfolio of DTC accounts from audit to execution, acting as the client's direct contact and presenting results with clear strategy.

Remote work is allowed worldwide, with expectations to support US Eastern hours for calls. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, plus a strong view on attribution and incremental growth.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with real spend and clear metrics.
• Ability to own client relationships and communicate updates directly.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure incremental impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear ROI goals.
• Oversee feed, Shopping, PMax, landing pages, and tracking end-to-end.
• Explain attribution and defend optimization decisions to clients.
