Remote Hero is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the lead generation engine end-to-end—from Meta ads and paid search to funnel building, CRM automation, and outbound prospecting. This hands-on, execution-focused role requires taking direct ownership of multiple channels with minimal oversight.

Formación

• 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience (within the last 3 years).
• 3-5 years total experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Paid Search & SEO expertise (Google Ads, SEO, and AEO).
• Proven funnel-building experience—landing pages and nurture sequences.
• Ability to work full-time during US Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Self-directed with the ability to own multiple channels with minimal guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Meta Ads end-to-end setup, launch, and optimization.
• Oversee Google Ads campaigns and develop SEO/AEO strategies.
• Build and optimize funnels with landing pages, opt-ins, and nurture sequences (GoHighLevel).
• Run outbound/prospecting on LinkedIn; utilize Apollo for list-building and sequences.
• Support partner/referral program outreach and SMS campaign coordination.
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates, funnel performance, and test creative and targeting.
