Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and more. You will own performance, reporting, and optimization while collaborating with lead Strategists to deliver client outcomes.

The role values analytical rigor, communication and reliability in a fully flexible work environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing, hands-on direct response experience, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of Direct Response marketing experience in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years' experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus.
• 1+ years' experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response efforts.
• 1+ years' experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other platforms a plus.
• 1 year of client-facing experience and handling communications.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced features.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving, learning and growth mindset.
• Highly dependable, self-starter with energy and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup and QA.
• Independently manage timelines, budgets, pacing and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid programs end-to-end including ad builds, optimizations, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Maintain a client-first mindset, incorporating client objectives and brand nuances.
• Demonstrate calm, solution-oriented problem solving during volatility or pivots.
• Ensure budget pacing and adherence, flagging risks or opportunities early.
• Own client testing roadmaps and prioritize experiments.
• Deliver on-time launches and updates for campaigns and deliverables.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Power Digital Nova ecosystem to inform strategy and reporting.
• Add value with new ideas, efficiencies, and process improvements.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency and analysis where applicable.
