Viterbit is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead media buying and creative strategy for e‑commerce and personal brands. The role divides time across audience research, ad creative, and campaign management to drive engagement and conversions.

You will craft hooks and copy, manage Meta campaigns, and translate performance data into clear, actionable guidance for clients, all within a remote-first, flexible schedule.

Formación

• Excellent copywriting tailored to social scrolls, not marketing speak.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer what makes campaigns work.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Proactive, autonomous project management and client storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and personas.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for ads.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budgeting.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation current.
