Qualifications

• Proven copywriting for performance ads.
• Dynamic ad copy that converts for e‑commerce/personal brands.
• Strong command of ad metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR and CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and objections through Reddit threads, reviews and competitors.
• Build persona profiles and resonant ad angles.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for creatives.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency in visuals and storytelling.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including targeting and budgets.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and reasons.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation up to date.
