Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that resonates with scrollers
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer campaigns
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Proactive in leading client relationships and strategy conversations

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, competitor ads and social listening
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy that drive engagement and conversions
• Direct creative production including shot selection and visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from audience targeting to budget allocation
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR and CPA/CPL to identify the winning creative and why
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current between calls
