Job summary

Cookunity is seeking a Growth Marketer focused on Media Buying and Creative Strategy for e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, driving research, creative development, and campaign optimization.

You will lead audience research, craft engaging hooks and copy, manage campaigns, and translate results into clear recommendations for clients in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the scrolling user.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer what makes campaigns work.
• Solid grasp of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and desired outcomes through forums, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify angles that resonate with each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and explain why.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the client.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current between calls.
