Trafilea, a US marketing agency client, seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to manage creative campaigns end-to-end for multi-location clients. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery from kickoff to final asset delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in hands-on digital marketing, proficiency with conversion tracking and ad account setup, and near-native English for client communication. Fully remote, LATAM contractor, USD pay, unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current, hands-on digital marketing for clients, at an agency or your own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience running several client accounts at once.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of client accounts end to end, from proposal through onboarding and ongoing management.
• Write brand messaging and copy, including Claude drafts, and edit to fit the client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including conversion tracking and ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so numbers read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
