Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: develop and adjust schedules in PM platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: assess capacity and reallocate tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: use reports to identify at-risk tasks and inform stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes: identify bottlenecks and implement improved workflows.
• Facilitate Communication: provide regular status updates to internal teams and leadership.
