Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a hands-on role in a US marketing agency. You will manage creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimise processes to ensure timely, high-quality outputs across multiple locations.

You will onboard accounts, write brand messaging, and directly run SEO, social, and paid media tasks, while building Claude-driven workflows to streamline repeated tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing project management experience in an agency or marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Onboard client accounts end-to-end from proposal through onboarding and follow-up.
• Write brand messaging and copy, editing to match client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear metrics.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows for the team.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
