Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US-based marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery from kickoff to delivery.

In this fully remote role from LATAM, you will manage schedules in PM tools, track progress, and report to stakeholders. You will optimize processes and contribute to multi-location accounts from proposal to onboarding and ongoing updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative/marketing project management.
• Experience within an agency environment preferred.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
