Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and act as the main contact for cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in creative/marketing project management, strong PM tool skills (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello), and excellent organizational and communication abilities. This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role from LATAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of creative processes and how design/content fit into campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and alert stakeholders of risks.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Provide clear, regular status updates to leadership.
