Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator / Creative Traffic Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and be the primary contact for cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience in an agency setting and proficiency with PM tools (Asana preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Creative/Marketing Project Management Experience in an agency or marketing setting.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, and alternatives like Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines; develop schedules in platforms like Asana and manage milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams; assign tasks and monitor progress with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources; assess capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress; use reports to identify risks and update stakeholders on status.
• Optimize Processes; identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices.
