Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools and platforms to plan, track, and report tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for updates with leadership and stakeholders.
• Understanding of creative processes and how design/content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track progress with reports, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Improve workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Serve as the main contact for internal teams and provide regular status updates.
